"Legislative Dems Screwing CT Schools" Care of the "Headless Horseman"

The Connecticut House and Senate Democratic Caucuses continue to lecture Connecticut citizens on education policy. Headless Horseman has got it right. It's time for the Connecticut Democrats to stop the delay tactics: "Stop Lecturing CT."
