HOLLYWOOD, FL - Glenn Murphy (IN) and his Team Murphy slate swept every office at the Young Republican National Convention in Hollywood, FL this weekend.

Florida Governor Charlie Crist swore in new Young Republican National Federation Chairman Glenn Murphy (IN), Co-Chairman Jessica Colón (TX), Vice Chair At-Large Clay Barclay (AL), Secretary Monica Durrwachter (MO), Treasurer Charles Robison (MT), Auditor Leslie Rutledge (AR), Asst. Secretary Dan Tierney (OH), Asst. Treasurer Drew Daniel (TN), SCA Chairman Catherine Brinkman (CA), Midwest Vice Chair Lisa Stickan (OH), Northeast Vice Chair Lindsay Pfister (PA), Southern Vice Chair Audra Shay (LA), and Western Vice Chair Vince Fong (CA) at the YRNF Awards Dinner 07-07-07.

Murphy was elected with a vote of 440-0 delegates at a packed convention center in South Florida.

"On behalf of the entire Team Murphy slate, I thank the hundreds of Young Republicans who helped our campaign, the hundreds of convention delegates in Florida, the thousands of YRs and friends of YRs who put us on a mission, and we thank our worthy opponents," said Murphy.

"We look forward to helping Young Republicans across the country recruit new members, educate those members, and deploy for the 2007 and 2008 elections."
